We use only the highest quality ingredients, and we never compromise on taste or nutrition. Nothing artificial, no sweeteners - only the best components we can find go into our beverages.
The Founders
Tastes Good & Does Good
Based on a farm in the heart of Cheshire, Hip Pop was founded back in 2019 by our founders Emma & Kenny. Kenny had been struggling with stomach issues, and after living in America and learning about the popularity of kombucha - Emma showed Kenny how to make it for himself. Within a matter of weeks, many of Kenny’s problems were alleviated - and it led to the creation of a kombucha microbrewery which has grown into the business that we are now.
And because we can't get enough of that lip-smackingly tart and zingy hint of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) that's naturally present in Kombucha, brewing with actual ACV felt like the logical next step. So we set our brewers the challenge of making an ACV infused drink that tastes amazing whilst not compromising on any of the benefits - resulting in our incredible range of Living Soda's - infused with Apple Cider Vinegar.
We’re a small family business with one key goal - Taste good, Do good. We’re all about Gut Health, so adding processed sweeteners like Stevia/Erythritol or using marketing shizzle to cover any misgivings is an absolute no-no. Our highly qualified brewing team experiment and play until we create honest drinks that speak for themselves - full of flavour, body and goodness.
