Booch & Brew Returns Policy
Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has quality issues, is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any replacement/refund question at hello@boochandbrew.com.

Replacement

Since our product is classified as food and drinks we normally do not ask them to be returned (i.e. unless the items are of significant quantity). We may however depending on the issue, ask for photo/s to be provided for documentation. Once we determine that your issue is valid we will either send a replacement of the affected units (i.e. bottles) or if you clearly state that you prefer to instead recieve a refund, we can do that for you as well on a per-affected unit basis.  

Refund

After you contact us about your issue, and state that you prefer a refund, we will respond back and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
